Sixt Cards Status Match – Überblick
Sixt bietet für die Gold Sixt Card und die Platinum Sixt Card einen Status Match an. Wenn Ihr einen Status bei einem Vielfliegerprogramm oder Hotel Loyalitätsprogramm besitzt, könnt Ihr somit einfacher an einen Status bei Sixt kommen. Sixt bietet hierbei eine sehr große Liste unterschiedlicher Programme an, die zu einem Status Match berechtigt sind.

Sixt Cards Status Match – Ablauf
Bei der Registrierung
Bei der Anmeldung zum Sixt Loyalitätsprogramm werdet Ihr im letzten Schritt nach optionalen Angaben gefragt. Dort gibt es auch einen Punkt “Karten-Upgrade”. Dort könnt Ihr anhand eines Drop-down-Menü Euer Programm und Level auswählen, die Vielflieger-/Kundennummer eintragen und ein Foto als Beweis Eurer Karte hochladen. Nach der Registrierung (24-48 Stunden) solltet Ihr eine E-Mail erhalten, das Euer Upgrade funktioniert hat. Bei einige Personen wollte das Formular die Vielfliegernummer nicht anerkennen. Für diesen Fall gibt es allerdings die E-Mail Methode.
Via E-Mail an den Support
Hat bei Eurer Registrierung das Upgrade nicht funktioniert oder Ihr seid bereits Mitglied bei Sixt, gibt es noch die Möglichkeit den Status Match via E-Mail zu beantragen. Dafür schreibt Ihr eine E-Mail an die Adresse [email protected]. In dieser E-Mail erwähnt Ihr, das Ihr einen Status Match wünscht, fügt Eure Sixt Kundennummer sowie Vielfliegernummer hinzu sowie ein Foto als Beweis das Ihr wirklich den Status besitzt. Innerhalb von 24 bis 48 Stunden solltet Ihr eine Antwort erhalten, ob der Status Match funktioniert hat.
